Because of that I couldn't reset my password. I just got one of my friends to go online and check what the new character was called. I guess that doesn't really help since you're character hasn't been online in ages. I'm sure if you explain what happened to ANet they could reset your password for you. Edit: lol, never mind. My two friends have not received any password reset emails. Both played WoW for many years (but not Diablo 3). However, neither of them responded to the email authentication when you make a GW2 account. Both are still able to play the game despite that step.
